"I was surprised and displeased about Rick Sanchez' agency's untimely response to my voice messages. This problem created by your system conversion has caused me to spend time and worry over something that should have been handled better by your agency. I received an e-mail message labelled URGENT from Lisa Bess on Thursday, Feb. 05, stating that I needed to click on an earlier (Feb. 03) e-mail's embedded link in order to sign an uninsured-motorist provision on our car policy by Feb. 13. Neither the Feb. 03 nor 05 message states which of our two car policies is affected, why the policy number needs to be changed. When clicking on that link returned the message SITE NOT FOUND, I called Rick Sanchez' agency Thursday afternoon at 1:32, was put on hold for many minutes, then finally left a voice message to have Lisa call me, giving days and times that I would be available. When I didn't get a call from the agency Thursday nor Friday, I again left a message on Saturday; I didn't know that the agency staff no longer works on Saturdays. On Monday, Feb. 09, the agency's Mariela Ortega called me to again have me try to sign the UM form electronically. When that again didn't work, she sent me a PDF of the form, that I printed, signed, scanned, and sent back to her attached to a reply to her e-mail. The form gives the new policy number, but doesn't state which old policy number it replaces, so I couldn't determine to which car the new number applies. Even Mariela was confused why I had to sign an uninsured-motorist form when I know that we DO have that provision on our policies; then she looked at our other policy and realized that we have stacked UM on that other policy. So, why did we need to sign the UM form for this policy?"
