"I bought an automobile insurance policy on October 16, 2025, gave my credit card and cancelled the policy within an hour. The policy hasn't been cancelled and the refund hasn't happened. I called my Credit Card company and they gave me back my money, but Rick Sanchez is holding me and my State Farm policy hostage!! I tried to buy a policy from another State Farm agent who has an office near my home and they can't do a thing because Rick Sanchez is a DISREPUTABLE AGENT with no morals, values or scruples!!! Go anywhere else but not to this CROOK!!!!!"
